Srirache Kale

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch curly kale, chopped

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1–2 tsp sriracha

  • Pinch of sea salt

Directions:
Toss kale with olive oil, sriracha, and salt. Sauté lightly until wilted or roast at 375°F for 8–10 minutes.

Spicy, smoky, and loaded with fiber.
