Known for strong, peppery flavor this sharp and peppery bite is perfect for salad mixes. High in vitamin K, calcium, and antioxidants.
Firebird is an F1 hybrid Swiss chard cultivar, noted for its deep red leaves and petioles (stems). It has glossy, savoyed (crinkled) leaves and narrower petioles than typical green‑stem chards.
