21 Day Wellness Log
It takes between 18 and 66 days to form a new habit. The 21-day mark is the entry point, the moment when a behavior starts to feel like it belongs to you rather than something you are forcing. The log exists to make that window visible.
What you track is what you change. The food system, the body system, and the daily practice are part of a system within our control.
How to use the daily log
Each day has its own entry, pre-labeled Day 01 through Day 21. Here is the daily routine:
· Mark each of the five non-negotiables and five custom practices yes ✅ or no ❌
· Fill in the color of the day — what colorful food or moment stood out
· Add a one-line note — one honest observation from the day
· Set your week tag — Awareness, Discipline, or Integration
At the end of 21 days, duplicate the template in Notion and start a new sequence. Your history stays intact. Your next cycle starts clean.
