We are in Waimānalo on the windward side of Oahu. The exact address is shared after the booking is confirmed. We are not a walk-in location.

Purchase item. Fill out the inquiry form during checkout. We review every submission and follow up within 2 to 3 business days to confirm availability and finalize details.

Deposits are non-refundable within 72 hours of your confirmed date. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to receive a credit toward a future experience. Cancellations made after 48 hours are non-refundable.

Yes, with at least 48 hours notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Preferably, closed-toe shoes. Wear clothes you are comfortable getting dirty. Sun protection and bug repellent is strongly recommended. Waimānalo is warm, and the field is exposed.

Your own water bottle. We provide refreshments but staying hydrated before you arrive makes a difference. Everything else is covered.

Most experiences are rain or shine. If severe weather or farm conditions make it unsafe to proceed, we will reach out to reschedule at no additional cost.

The farm is on working agricultural land. Terrain can be uneven. If you have mobility considerations, let us know in the booking form and we will do our best to accommodate.

Children are welcome at the Keiki Plant and Paint Day, which is designed specifically for families. Other experiences are designed for adults. If you have a specific request involving children, note it in the form and we will talk it through.

Yes. Note any allergies or dietary needs in the booking form. We plan refreshments and meals around what you share with us. The more specific the better.

Yes. Group pricing and availability depend on the experience. Submit your inquiry with your guest count and we will let you know what is possible and what we recommend.

Every experience listed is private unless noted otherwise. You are booking exclusive access for your group.

Outside alcohol is not permitted on the farm. If you are interested in a beverage program for your experience, let us know in the form and we can discuss options.
